(Frequently Asked Questions)

I never bought anything from your company: how are purchases made?
Purchases are made by filling out the online order. Instructions are provided on the website. A confirmation email/fax will be sent to you shortly after, which will include the price of the products and the delivery costs. For an easier purchase order, please fill out the form by clicking here.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

Orders are normally dispatched within 8 working hours. Timing begins after payment confirmation in case of advanced payment.
Delivery times are to be added: they are estimated to take 1 to 3 days for Italy (depending on the specific location) and 3 to 4 working days for the rest of Europe.

Are prices fixed?
Prices printed in our catalogue are fixed until 19.09.2010. Due to the recent devalutation of the euro in relation to the dollar, the prices of some articles have been modified.
Should prices vary between the catalogue and website, the latter will contain the prevailing price.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Quantity discounts are available for most items which are clearly indicated in the printed catalogue and on the web-site.
Will VAT be added to the prices?
Yes, VAT and freight charges must be added.
How is transport cost calculated?
A fixed plus a variable amount will be charged depending on the weight and volume.
May I pick-up the goods myself?
Yes. Our warehouse in S. Martino Buon Albergo (10 km from the centre of Verona, Italy) is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:30 am and from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. We suggest that you arrive at least half an hour before closing time. For more informations click here.
Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for exports is 200€ (transport charges and VAT excluded). Orders which are below these amounts are subjected to a 5€ administration charge, if the total is lower than 100€, the administration charges become 10€.
We suggest avoiding small orders in order to minimize transport charges.

Can you send samples?

Mouldings samples can be sent but they are not free of charge. Corner samples (15 cm side lengths) cost the same as half a metre of moulding while straight samples (7 cm) cost the same as 10 cm mouldings. More convenient samples are available as sets as indicated in our catalogue.
We do not supply samples for other items. Our catalogue includes more than 10.000 items and sending samples would not be financially feasible. In order to test the quality of our products we suggest to make a trial order.

Do you sell mitred mouldings (cut at 45°)?
Yes. We can supply mitred mouldings through the Chop Service (widely spread in America). The price is obtained by increasing the moulding metre price by 70%. It is also possible to order ready joint mouldings.
Quantity discounts are showed in the moulding price list (which can be viewed as a PDF file or it can be printed out).
